Apple launched iPhone 14 on 16th September 2022, with a whopping starting price of $799 for 128 GB and goes up to $1499. However, iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 continue to be available from Apple for $599 and $699, respectively. Final Thoughts
As the differences above mentioned shows that the upgrades are primarily incremental from iPhone 13 to iPhone 14, including minor advancements in camera, videography, battery life, GPU and few others. More important improvements for the safety-conscious include the upgraded camera hardware, and 6GB of memory, along with three additional functions in iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max: Crash Detection, Emergency SOS, and Satellite. Having said this, people who are looking for an upgrade from old phones should opt for iPhone 14. However, those who are photography and videography enthusiasts should switch to iPhone 14 pro as it features the magnificent 48 megapixel camera which works the best in low light as well.
As far as iPhone 13 is concerned, there probably isn’t enough to convince most users to choose the new model over the iPhone 13. However, if you prefer a larger display size, things might be different since the iPhone 13 lineup does not include an iPhone 14 Plus equivalent.
It may be preferable to wait for a more significant upgrade since the iPhone 13 is still very capable for daily use and the iPhone 14 shares the majority of the most adaptable features of the iPhone 13, such as the A15 Bionic chip, OLED Super Retina XDR display, Ceramic Shield, Night mode, MagSafe, and IP68 water resistance.
